Virtual service is done completely by electronic means. If you email invoices or purchase orders, forward a copy to us. For your paper receipts you can scan them and then email them to us or upload them to our Digital Drop Box. if you don't have a scanner then faxing arrangements can be made. We work on the transacrions and then email the reports to you.
This arrangement works wonderfuly for small businesses that create
10 to 20 transactions a week or would take an hour a week to process.
We can also arrange to remote log-in* to one of your computers if you
prefer the files be kept at your location. (*Fees may be applied.)
All work will be done at our location. Once a week, every other week or once a month you can drop off or mail all paper work to our location. Pick up is available within 30km of Scarborough. Bookkeeping by Squire will complete the files and the completed work will be returned to you.

this offer to once or twice a month for any new clients as we are
booked for most of the week during office hours.***
We will arrive at your place of business or office and perform all duties and tasks on your own computer system. This will keep all your information at your location. We will come in as your bookkeeping requires. This may be anywhere from a half day to two full days during the month. Please note, outside of the Toronto area will incur a fee for travel time. This service is not available to business outside the GTA.
We work with ACCPAC (on-site only), Sage 50, QuickBooks, Libre Office, Microsoft Office, Linux and Windows systems. We work on a secure system. Backup weekly to a separate drive.
